What you need to know
New Patient Information
Insurance Verification
Initial Consultation Session
Prior to scheduling an acupuncture appointment all new patients must complete the patient intake process and for those using insurance have the verification process complete. For your convenience you can complete this process online by going to the "Contact Us" tab in the top menu on this page.
In the initial appointment we will take time to review your medical information with you and perform an initial consultation. Wear comfortable clothing and be sure to eat something within one hour prior to your arrival. Upon reviewing your medical history with you we will discuss the main reasons for your current visit to our offices. In the later half of the initial consultation we perform a basic physical examination and tongue and pulse diagnosis. Then we will perform appropriate acupuncture and other treatments. The most common experience that patients report is feeling very relaxed after treatments and having improved sleep, energy, focus, and decreased stress and pain.
